My aim is to provide a safe space for every client to gain an understanding of their thoughts and beliefs, as well as deeper personal insight into their experiences. My approach to therapy is to work collaboratively with my clients and create an environment using the guiding principles of empathy and trust. I believe in human capacity to create change when the appropriate tools are provided within the context of collaborative goal setting. I believe healing begins when we engage in the process of self-reflection by looking within, and connecting with ourselves to shift maladaptive beliefs and thoughts.
